Life Transitions and Conflict Resolution

I support individuals, professionals, and systems in moments when conflict demands to be heard.
Conflicts that arise from within: blockages, discomfort, disconnection, a feeling of not being fully present in life
Conflicts that manifest in relationships: couples, family, painful bonds, recurring dynamics
Conflicts that emerge in the institutional and community spheres
I work from a living integration of mediation,
transpersonal therapy
and emotional and systemic support,
in sessions with horses and in nature.
I offer online and in-person processes
and with horses,
depending on what each story needs.
I work in Spanish,
Catalan,English
and French.

PERSONAL SUPPORT DURING LIFE TRANSITIONS
A space for those who wish to be accompanied during a significant moment in their lives and to explore:
-
Internal conflicts, blockages, and emotional distress.
-
Complex relational dynamics.
-
The prevention or overcoming of burnout and emotional exhaustion.
-
Grief processes, life changes, or stages of uncertainty.
-
The drive for personal or professional projects aligned with one's life purpose.
-
Experiences of disconnection from oneself, from others, or from the environment.
SUPPORT FOR LEGAL AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONALS
A support program specifically designed for legal and public administration professionals who work in highly responsible and complex human environments. It is particularly suitable for those who face delicate negotiations, make high-impact decisions, or regularly deal with stressful and emotionally charged situations.
A place to pause, listen (to oneself), broaden one's perspective, and find new ways to cope with the demands of daily life.
Because accompanying, deciding or managing from a place of serenity and personal balance not only benefits the person who exercises that responsibility, but also the people and processes that depend on it.
CONFLICT FACILITATION AND TRANSFORMATION
A support space focused on understanding, managing, and transforming conflicts from an integrative perspective.
We work from an approach that integrates formal mediation, transpersonal development, and equine-assisted dynamics in nature. This combination allows access to deeper levels of consciousness, uncovering the emotional and systemic dynamics that underlie the conflict and generating authentic resolution pathways aligned with the needs of the people involved.
Aimed at: Intrapersonal conflicts, Interpersonal conflicts, Neighborhood and community conflicts

Transpersonal Development and Therapy
We offer a safe space where pain can be acknowledged, heard, and understood. From there, we foster self-awareness, a kinder relationship with emotions, and a more conscious way of experiencing life.
We broaden our perspective beyond personality to connect with a deeper dimension of consciousness, from which to find meaning, understand, and integrate our life experience.
Accompanied by horses in nature
We integrate the three centers of intelligence —mind, emotion, and body—recognizing the somatic dimension of all human experience. From this holistic perspective, we facilitate the necessary connection for the regulation and co-regulation of the nervous system.
Through resonance with horses, patterns and resources emerge that often remain outside of conscious awareness. This experience allows for broader perspectives, access to new understandings, and the opening of possibilities for choice.
Contact with nature in a session is an invitation to transcend an exclusively anthropocentric perspective and recognize ourselves as part of a broader, more vibrant, and interdependent network of relationships. It is a space where we can reconnect with ourselves, with other beings, with the environment, and ultimately, with Life itself.
Each intervention is carried out with thewell-being of the equinesin mind, respecting their sentient nature, rhythms, emotional state, and boundaries. No prior experience is necessary. The intervention is performed on the ground, without riding the horse.
If you feel called to begin a process, but cannot access in-person work with horses, don't let distance be an obstacle. There are other forms of support that can help you explore, understand, and transform what you are experiencing. Together we will find the option that best suits you.
Conflict management
When the process involves conflict situations, mediation and Nonviolent Communication tools are also incorporated, addressing both the technical aspects and the emotional, relational and systemic dynamics that sustain them.

My support does not replace psychological care or the services of other mental health professionals. It is a complementary approach, compatible with these processes, that can contribute to supporting and strengthening each person's therapeutic journey.
A space to encounter what emerges, understand what hurts, and discover new paths

ABOUT ME
I am driven by a vocation of service and a commitment to the care of life in all its expressions - human and non-human - encompassing the individual and the collective.
My professional career has always been linked to public service and the management of collectives : defending rights, protecting the natural environment, facilitating agreements, working in spaces where people, institutions and decisions that affect common life intersect.
For years I have worked in European and multilingual environments, participating in public policy negotiations, institutional project management, and team coordination. This experience has given me an understanding of how systems function and how shared solutions are built. In parallel, I have developed a line of work focused on people and human systems . I began as a criminal and prison lawyer, supporting individuals in highly vulnerable situations. Later, in the field of human resources, I designed development, mentoring, and organizational well-being programs.
My training in transpersonal therapy, emotional education, somatic intervention (yoga) and systemic coaching with horses expands my ability to accompany processes from a holistic perspective, where structural clarity and human sensitivity complement each other.
My connection to the natural and animal world is an essential part of who I am. Animals have been a constant presence in my life and a source of profound learning about relationships, listening, and coherence. I integrate equine coaching as a way to strengthen the human-animal bond through respect and compassion. I volunteer with animal protection initiatives, consistent with my commitment to caring for life in all its forms.
